a. Up / Bounce (Back) / Out (Wide) / End
b. Up / Bounce (Back) / Out (Wide) / Bounce (Back) / Through / End

1. Up-Back-Through Passing Pattern to a winger
2. The first passer is the player that will run to the small goal and finish
3. After scoring they become the point of the triangle
4. The point becomes the through passer
5. The through passer becomes the winger
6. The winger becomes the first person that passes the ball

Long Passing/Receiving
- Middle player in red works to and from both blue players
1. Player in red plays a 1-2 receiving 2nd pass with 2nd foot then playing a long pass on the ground to opposite blue (repeat this for 1 minute)
2. Ball in hand - player in red receives the ball out of the air, turns and plays long pass on the ground to opposite blue (repeat for 1 minute)
3. Player in red receives the ball and lays it off for the player in blue to hit a long ball in the air to other blue, other blue receives ball out of air. Blue player that hit the long ball now plays with the opposite side
4. Ball in hand - player in red plays a one time pass in the air back to player in blue who receives then hits a long ball in air to opposite blue player
