Method:
2 Attackers wait for the ball from one of the wingers to convert (in this exercise without opposition)
Wingers have to play 1v1 and try to get to the corner so that they can center the ball to the opponents' area.
Variation:
1. Wingers can play the ball with attackers and receive the pass in the corner for centering the ball with 1 or 2 touches max.
2. Decision-making on the 1v1 to dribble to the corner or dribble to the center and shoot.
Coaching Points:
1. Guidance and corrections on the 1v1 to the wingers on performing:
- Change of direction
- Change of speed
- Feints
- Technique for centering the ball

Method:
Players are grouped into 2 teams, one is going to start with possession of the ball at the outside of the square as in the picture.
The team without a ball will only be able to intercept the ball from the inside of the square.
The team that converts 10 passes without losing the ball scores a point.

Method:
Following the last exercise, 2 of the players of the team in possession are dropping into the square so they can help connect the ball between their team players.

When the defender's team recovers the ball they get to be in possession, transition must be done quickly.

Method:
Following the last exercise, the team that is defending when recovers the ball has to transition to attack from the bands as practiced earlier in the session.
The team that converts 10 passes without losing the ball scores a goal.
