1v1 with counter goals and active defender. Depending on the level of player, play starts with a pass across to the attacker or attacker starts on a dribble.

Attacking team attacks the big goal. Defending team attempts to win the ball and attack the counter goals. Stop play and restart if activity becomes slow and neither team is attacking. After goal, ball goes out of bounds, GK gets the ball, play restarts from top of the area. Split group into two teams w/ 5 minute games. Attacking and defending teams switch. Keep scoreProgression: 2v1-10 minutes, 2v2-10 minutes, 3v2-10 minutes
Coaching points: Attack the 1v1. Don't pass if defender is in the passing lane

Scrimmage
Attacking team attacks the big goal. Defending team attempts to win the ball and attack the counter goals.
Coaching points: Laws of the game apply: goal kicks, throw-ins, corners, etc. Play for 12 minutes, 3 minute 1/2 time, switch sides.
