Instructions:
5v2 in each box as the ball moves from one side to the other
2 defenders enter the box of 5 to win the ball back
Once the ball is won, pass back to own team and the game continues with opposition defenders

Attacking Coaching Points:
Occupy the space with balance and create passing angles to receive the ball.
Pass with accuracy and good weight that allows the receiver to play quickly
1st touch should allow the receiver to move the ball away from danger and quickly perform next action
Check to see what the picture of the play looks like before receiving a pass from team mate
Defending Coaching Points:
Play as compact as possible and communicate which defender should press, which direction she/he should make the opponent pass (by closing off passing angles) and where she/he is going next after that last movement.
Press with pace and controlled aggression at the appropriate moment.
Moment is when the receivers head goes down, takes a bad touch or plays a poor pass.
