Organization:
Multiple grids as above. Grids approximatey 15x25. Two gates near starting line for defenders to score, one pugg goal for attacker to score. Balls with the lines in each grid. Rotation is passer, to attacker to defender.
Instructions:
Player passes to attacker after making eye contact (1A). Once the ball is passed, the game is live. Attacker attempts to turn and score in the pugg goal (2A). Defender attempts to win the ball and dribble through either red gate for a point. Attacker scores a point for a goal.
Coaching Points:
* Use arms to feel where defender is
* Recieve the ball with the front foot (foot furthest from the defender)
* Use outside of foot to receive the ball and body to protect the ball
Progressions:
1) (B) Same game, but passer joins attack (2v1). One point for a goal, two points for defender if he is able to dribble through the gates.
- Introduce double pass
- Use of peel off run by target player to create a passing lane, make defender choose a player to defend

Organization:
As above. End lines are top of the 18 yard box. One team in a 1-3-2 formation, one team in a 2-3-1 formation.
Instructions:
Players must play a pass into the target men (T players above) before going to goal. If they are able to play through the strikers and score, the goal is worth 3 points. If they do not play through the striker, then the goal is only worth one point.
Coaching Points:
* Using arms to feel for the defender (Target player)
* Quick glance over shoulder while ball is traveling (or communication from teammates on whether or not they should turn or pass)
* Overall team play and supporting runs for striker

1) Free play, no restrictions

Organization:
Multiple grids as above. Grids are 10x10. All players with a partner and a ball in the grid. Players play 60 second keep away games. Whoever has the ball at the end of the 60 seconds wins.
Instructions:
Players attempt to control the ball and have the ball and the end of the 60 second game while staying inside of the their grid.
Coaching Points:
* Using your body to protect the ball
* Keep possession of the ball with the foot furthest away from the defender
* Use your arms to feel where the defender is
* Head up to anticipate the defender's actions
Progressions:
1) Divisions, winners move up a division and the loser of division 1 goes to the lowest division
