6v3 (Adjust it according to numbers, do it with two groups not with a big group)
Area - Rectangle shape
Time - 90 seconds for each round
Action - Pressing
Behaviour - Sprint after the ball
Rules:
The black start outside, with one player pressing for 30 seconds before another joins them pressing then the third black player
After 90 seconds, swap out the pressing team and restart the next round instantly
Each team presses for three rounds, and each player does a 30, 60 and 90-second chase
Play three sets of three rounds
Blue and red can move anywhere in the area, never stay static!!!
Progressions:
Set 1 - When pressers win the ball nearest the non-presser restarts play quickly
Set 2 - If the presser/s wins the ball, keep it, red and blue press, and steal it back
Set 3 - Three teams start inside, and the team that loses the ball become the pressers
Coaching:
Observe that players press with energy and arrive on time to steal the ball individually and together
Observe the player's Processing, Architecture, Positioning and Profile
Coach over the top to guide pressing action and maintain instant behaviour to press the ball

Small-Sided Conditioning Games 4v4 (3-4 fields Teams)
Area - 30 yards by 25 yards (extend PG area)
Time - 5-minute games
Action - Pressing
Behaviour - Sprinting after the ball
Rules:
The game should be non-stop
Normal goal-scoring rules apply, when a team scores, the ball starts from the goal-scoring team
When the ball is out, sprint to the ball station ASAP and collect a new ball
All players must be in the attacking half to score, no goal if there're still players in the DF half (architecture)
No GK's, play as a sweeper keeper (like match day)
Coaching:
Observation of players compacting forward into the opposition's half
Praise successful pressing actions
Observe the player's Processing, Architecture, Positioning and Profile

4v2 Rondo
Area - Square shape
Time - 3 x 2 minutes x 3 sets with sprints between rounds
Action - Pressing
Behaviour - Sprint after the ball
Rules:
Defenders hold bibs and drop when they retain the ball or are closest to the player that kicks it outside the area
If a defender drops the bib outside the room or throws it, and the new defender catches it, they are in again
Defenders steal the ball, drop the bib and play. Any defender kicking the ball out remains a defender
Players restart/collect balls from ball stations
After 2 minutes, sprint to the opposite square and start the rondo again, last two players who arrive the square will start as a defender
Progressions: (after 4-minute set)
Players complete five passes, with passes four to five needing to be chipped up and caught and all players clapping hands three times, making the defenders remain chasing for an extra round.
Coaching:
Observe that players chase with energy and arrive on time to steal the ball
Observe the player's Processing, Architecture, Positioning and Profile (More detail to understand)
Use the break after Dual Force exercises to discuss (coach in), and NEVER stop the Rondo exercise
