- Four poles representing opposition players, rotating GK's & two stations to receive & feed.
- The first player starts between the two sets of poles, receiving the ball on the move from the feeder. A one-two combination is played, to which afterwards the attacker reacts to meet a ball played into the box by a coach feeder, taking turns feeding on each side.
- Once the attacker has an opportunity to score, they join the back of the feeder queue. The player feeder takes their starting position and the practice continues.
Progression
- Different types of balls fed into the box i.e. elevated, bouncing & etc.
- A rotating defender to challenge the attacker.
Focus
- Reaction to meet the ball
- Positioning & timing of run to meet the ball
- Letting the ball come across the body or timing of front foot shot
- Quality of shot

- Two players to play at a time, for each team.
- The balls get played into the team of the coaches choice, to score within ten seconds.
- If they score, a ball is played into the opposite two players waiting to play next, and the attackers become defenders.
- If the opposition wins the ball, they can attack the other goal.
- Continuous play until the coach decides, with no waiting for the defence to get organised.
