Team in possession looks to complete 3-5 passes based on your teams skill level and pass into the opposite side. Every time they do this they get 1 point. The team who is pressing, looks to either win the ball or disrupt the play. If they win the ball they look to score in the small mini goal for 3 points, if they disrupt the team i.e. they kick it out of bounds the team in possession lose 1 point. Play for 3 minutes and then rotate who the 4 defenders are.

Players in possession look to beat their partner, they can combine with team mates on the outside who have 2 touch, or look to beat the player themselves. After 1 minute rotate the players out and continue the game. After 3 minutes rotate who they are playing.
Coaching Points
- Encourage the defending to be high intensity to allow the player on the ball no time to get their head up
- Understand when to firmly press the ball to win it and when to set body up to block.
