Set Up: 1 cone (blue) 5 yards from a gate (red cones) that are 3 yards a part. 1 Hurdle 10 yards from the gate.
Organization: Players do two foot over overs 4 times then sprint forward doing Brazilians, then sprint back and repeat.
Time/Sets: 45 seconds - 1 minute per foot then switch positions

Set Up: 1 hurdle with a triangle of cones 5 yards from each other. The triangle of cones are 3 yards apart.
Organization: Player B performs two foot over overs on hurdle while player A is doing 3 sets of figure 8's. When player A is done player B steps forward and receives the ball and then dribbles into figure 8's.

Ball Mastery
Organization: 1st row of cones (yellow) set 5 yards apart, 2nd row of cones (red) set 8 yards from 1st set and 5 yards from each other. Last row of cones (yellow) set 8 yards apart from second set and 5 yards apart. No more than 2 players per cone. Players dribble using correct technique to middle cone using various skills to change direction and return to cone. Players can also dribble at middle cone using various skills and exectue moves then dribble to cone on opposite side.
