Organization - Station 2 (Carlos)
- Set up two grids like demonstrated above
- Each player with a soccer ball
Activity:
- Players to simulate dribbling/attacking a channel at speed once they have the ball
- Players to take only one touch in each square
Coaching points:
- Players to have their body over the ball
- Players to dribble with their laces (no toe punting) - turn foot sideways

Station 3- Andy
Organization:
- Set up a grid 30 v 20 with a line down the middle like demonstrated above
- Put all soccer balls on the side for where the coach is going to stand.
- Break players into two groups - Number them 1 to 6
Activity:
- Coach to pass ball to one side and then alternate to other side.
- Players are to make to 5 passes and pass ball over to other side - For every 5 passes they get one point
- Opposing team to send one player over in numeric sequential order to try and break the play up or pass it back - if defending player is able to pass it back they get a point.
- First team to 10 points wins the game.
Coaching points:
- Create space when you get the ball from the coach.
- Create triangles all the time with the player that receives the ball.
- Pass the ball quickly to not allow the defending player to put pressure

Station 4 - Ray
Organization:
- Half a field of Pine Glen
- Two mini goals on each side
Activity:
- Play game 5 v 5 or 4 v 4
- Goals are scored in the mini goals
- Ensure defending players return to retreat line
- Kick or dribble in if and where ball goes out.
- RETREAT LINE!!!
Coaching points:
- Quick Decisions - Identify the fastest way forward
- Movement off the ball - Create Shape once you've have possession of the ball (Find Space)
- Possession with a purpose - Move forward to score a goal.
