With new GK's attending the session we are going to go back to basics and try and get the set positions and basic dives correct

Aim
To have the GK's using plyometric movements and then moving at speed to get into postiion to save 3 shots on goal: Right, centre and left.
Set up
There will be 6 large hurdles to the side of the goal.
The GK is to work his work over these hurdles (forward/sideways/single legged) and then moving quickly to be in-line with c1,2,3 for the shots coming right, central and left.
(Both sides to be worked)

Shots can go to any position in the goal

Overloaded
8 x red marking flats
10 x size 5 balls
Aim
We will create an overlead in attack
The ball will be played into the 'red zone' by the coach and the blue team are to play it out of there to their team-mates.
Once the ball is out the red defenders can move out to the ball and tackle,
The blue team have to take a shot within 10 seconds using the overlead
Any rebounds are live so they must follow the shots in
Can the GK direct them to the most dangerous positions?

The GK will start at '1'.
GK will receive a pass from c1 which he will control and return to his feet (accurate and appropriate weighted passing).
GK will now move to position c2 and repeat, c3, then c4
