BeastMode Soccer - Four Cone Drill
Activities - 45-60 seconds. 1:1 Work:Rest ratio
Phase 1: R9 Pull-Back
Start with ball at top cone. Pull back with inside foot. Push across with outside of foot, Push forward with inside of same foot. Pull back with opposite foot (inside). Continue pattern.
Phase 2: L Turns
Start with ball at top cone. Pull back with outside foot. Push across behind standing leg across. Push forward with inside of opposite foot. Grab ball with same foot and pull back "L"
Phase 3: L Turn Return
Start with ball at top cone. Pull back "L" with outside foot. Grab with standing leg and use sole to "return" Push with outisde foot. Continue pattern
Phase 4: Figure 8 Overload
Start with ball between top cones. First touch in front and around top corner. Figure 8 on each side and back using
