Obstacle Coarse for player warm up. Focus on the proper postures and on the quality of each move, include actions that the players use on the game. (Accelerations, agility, balance, change of speed and direction, jumps, etc) “Physical literacy”
Increase speed and difficulty of the variations progressively.
Don’t be so predictable, you can work on different figures, use different equipment and different set up.
Manage the times and distances according to the age group and main goal of your drill.

Set Up: (2) Courses 10 yards from each other - Two ladders per side, 4 hurdles per side, 4 poles or cones per side, as shown. Space each obstacle 7-10 yards in between. Two even groups start 5 yards behind the ladder.
1st Activity: Ladders = Facing the ladder, Toes in Toes out moving sideways down the ladder. Hurdles = High Knees over the hurdles facing forward. Poles = Zig Zags Forwards through
2nd Progression: Ladders = Facing down the ladder, shuffling 2 feet in, & 2 feet out side to side. Hurdles = Circle around each hurdle with toes facing forward. Poles = Zig Zag Backwards through
3rd Progression: Ladders = High Knees moving sideways along the ladder toes facing the ladder, with each foot going through each rung.
