Reds (Coached team): 3-4-2-1 w/o AM's
Blues (Opposition): 4-4-2 w/o FB's

Problem 1:
Opposition high press lead by forwards
Solution 1:
Move the ball quickly and exploit the spaces created through or around
Problem 2:
Opposition sit deeper and wait for triggers to press
Solution 2:
Patient build up, centre backs switch play side to side to force a mistake and exploit the spaces left
Coaching points (Coached team):
Through, then around, then over
Half turn to receive, try and see 3 corner flags
Scanning before receiving
Safe foot vs back foot
Midfield rotations when available
CB plays in between 2 opposition strikers
Split passes
Play forward when possible, if forward is unavailable can players support for the next pass
Striker drifts to near side of centre circle to the ball
Furthest DM looks to exploit space between opposition CM and CB
Ball side WB plays high and maximum width
Far side WB tucks in slightly to form back 4 to protect counter attacks
Opposition management:
Remain compact, no more than 10 yards between lines
Force over or around
Return to starting positions within 3 seconds of any dead ball

GK middle of the 6 yard box
WCB's corner of the 6 yard box
WB's height of the box, maximum width

DM's between the 6 and 18, maximum 10 yards in front of DM

Challenges (Team):
Can we look to play through as a priority?
Can we find the strikers feet early?
Can we look to break lines by carrying the ball?
Challenges (Individual):
Can the CB receive and find the strikers feet?
Can the GK communicate effectively to provide teammates with information?
Can the centre backs mix in direct passes into the striker or goals?
Conditions:
Play restarts from in possession teams GK every possession (E.g red throw in means red goal kick)
Blues must score in main within 5 seconds of winning possession
Targets:
1 point per goal
Reds double their points by scoring without leaving central channel (Width of the box)
