Description: GK selects best starting position in relation to ball at P1. P1 chooses which pass to make and GK has to react.
P2 and P3 can choose their 1v1 run path, either straight or angled.
If a through ball is played, P1 shouts which player is to engage in the 1v1 with GK.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Regression - player receiving the ball off P1 is chosen early, together with their 1on1 run path:
GK knows which reaction is required.
Progression - Player not engaging in 1v1 can provide support and an option for a pass.
Player not engaging in 1v1 becomes defender: GK shouts for defender to cover as he engages.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
GK has to decide the starting position in relation to ball. GK has to adjust position to match P1 initial pass.
Attacking players not allowed to shoot from outside box: they must engage in a 1v1. Through ball shouldn't favour either GK or player.
Best decisions for GK to match enfolding play: ability to read the game. Can the GK stay up as long as possible, force player wide, or smother at feet?

Description: SSG to initiate 1V1 situations.
When ball is played into red 1v1 zone, blue 5 can advance onto GK unopposed for a 1V1. No one else allowed to enter red zone.
Red team play possession game to 'score' goals.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Regression: Introduce pre-destined target for blue attacker - must run to near/far post on next 1V1. Allow red teammate to support as a defender.
Progression: GK not to leave area to create blue team overload, to increase chance of 1V1. Allow another blue team player to provide support and pressure GK. Red team get 3 'goals' if they walk the ball through red cones.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
GK must react to changing situations before him. GK must communicate to defender(s).
GK not allowed out of area. No one else allowed in area.
Blue team to score against GK. Red team to walk ball over red cone line: extra 'goals' if walk through red cones.

Description: Servers roll ball to GK and follow to pressure GK into a 1V1 situation. GK starts on line and advances when ball is rolled or start is called.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Regression - GK decides when ball is rolled for longer decision time.
Progression - servers decide when ball is rolled and height of serve. Diagonal serves to increase progression.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: GK has to react to changing serves as they happen.
Servers not to tackle GK, just add pressure through advancement.
