Combining in 3's
Objective:
Players working in 3’s to triangulate and combine to get in behind and go forward.
Organization:
As shown
Sequence 1-(right and left)
Player A, plays ball into player B who is checking to. Player B then plays out to Player C who is checking out, to create an angle of support for B, to touch passed pressure and in behind.
Sequence 2- (right and left)
Player A plays ball into player B who is checking down away from pressure. Player A moves forward to creat an angle of support, and receive a pass back from Player B. Player A then plays a penetrating pass onto Player C, who is making a run in behind, after checking down to attract pressure, and create space in behind opponent.
Sequence 3- (right and left)
Player A plays into player B, who checks down to ball. Player B then plays back to Player A who has progressed forward at an angle. Player A then plays a pass to player C, who has heked down to receive. As that pass is being delivered, Player B goes to join, and creates an angle of support to Player C, who plays down to Player B. Player C then makes a run in behind pressure, and Player B plays a penetrating pass onto Player C's run.
