Set Up:
On the coach's call, the players next to the coach run around the area and through the orange gates to try to take the ball off one of the 4 opposition players in their area. They have 30 seconds to try and get the ball.
If they take the ball off one of the players and dribble it through the orange gate, they get one point for their team. If the 3 players keep the ball and not lose it, they get 1 point for their team. If the Attacker goes out of the area, they automatically give a point to the opposition team.
After 30 seconds, swap one of the Defenders for one of the players on a ball so all players have the opportunity to Defend.
Aim:
To work on dribbling while under pressure.

Set Up:
On the coach's call, players race and run around the opposite goal and into the area.
The first player around the goal, the coach rolls the ball to so they can start their 1v1 against the Defender. The players score in the goal that they were stood behind.
Once the ball is out of play or a goal is scored, the next 2 players begin the practice standing behind the goal.
Aim:
To work on 1v1 situations.

Set Up:
The players stand behind or to the side of the mini-goals.
The coach shouts a number and the players with that number need to come out and play 1v1. The coach feeds the ball to the player they wish. At any time the coach can add more players to the practice by shouting their numbers. This can be from the start or during play. This allows players to experience 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 or 4v4.
Keep score of the games.

To work on 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 situations.

Aim:
Players should look to use overloads and through balls to score goals
Coaching Points:
Look for moments in the game where overloads ad through balls are played. Make sure to coach these moments by giving immediate feedback in the flow, pulling a player to the side and speaking with them and speaking to the group as a whole to replay an overload / through ball moment.
