  • As shown above 

Instructions:

  • Each rep, one side at a time 4v2 (red - CM, #9, winger & OB vs blue - OB and CB)
  • first ball in must go to the winger, OB can start his run as soon the ball is played
  • Winger must play the outside back making the run 
  • opponent outside back starting point is inside the box 
  • progress to free play after the winger receives the ball

  • free play, ball still must go to the winger and then the winger can dribble inside, can combine with the 9 or 10, etc.
