Positioning of the remaining 6 players when we defend PCs.The 3 players in the middle on a straight line need to run back as fast as possible to offer defensive support. The 2 wide players run back towards the 25 and position themselves with open body infield so they can receive the ball from a defensive clearance to counter attack. The player that stays higher if we get a counter attack chance needs to offer a line forward ball option to one of the wide players depending on which side the ball gets cleared at.

LF if the ball gets played to the middl channel between LF-CF-LM has to collapse diagonally inside towards the ball putting pressure on the receiver, denying the ball to be played either square through the middle or diagonally forward towards the line.

PC attack half way positioning of the 3 remaining cover players
Triangle cover positioning,we need to try and stall the movement forward if we get counter attacked by putting pressure on the ball side, trying to channel wide and always protecting the middle(fastest way to our goal)so we can give time for more players to track back and offer defensive support.
