Set Up: A plays lofted ball to B, B settles & plays ball into the path of C who finished.
Variations: 1 touch, 2 touch, Rotate field, power shots, quick Knee snap shots

Expanded Sm Sided Game/Fitness (20 min)
Set Up
Set-up a pitch suitable for a SSG 6 v 6 or 7 v 7 with 1 or 2 Jokers
Split players into two teams.
Teams must have every outfield player in their opponent’s half to score. This forces players to move up and down the field throughout.
Progression to 6 v 6 no restrictions (20 min)

SAQ Arrow (15 mins)
Organisation
Two teams line up behind the cone at points A and B.
Each team works one half of the arrow.
One player from each team races against each other. (Loser to do 10 Sit ups / 10 push up / 10 Lunges)
Players sprint around the outside of each cone with the ball before sprinting back to your team.
Distance of each cone to be 10 metres apart from each other.
Progression
Add more markers in one or 2 of the legs to zig zag in and out.
Same drill but in a team relay. Players must tag the next person before starting their lap.
