2 central red players should stay wide to give width. Aim is to break the oppositions midfield.
1 point each time the ball crosses midfield line. If defender wins ball or it goes out of bounds, player at fault goes in middle for player who won ball. This is meant to be a quick possession game, 2 touches max. Each time ball, moves, players should be moving.
Progression: To make more difficult, smaller field. Start 15x20, move to 10x20, 10x15 etc.
