Warm up

For the warm up the players will go through a 1v1 exercise and for part 2 will be in the diamond shape to anticipate (Technical moments will be worked on)

5mins both exercise for a total of 10 mins of warm up. Rest time will be when going back to the line while performing dynamic stretching.

Description:

Each zone will be about 10yds (20x20) and will have 1 player of each team, one group will have a neutral. Progression 1: players cannot leave their area but can pass to other players to score the goal. 

Prog 2: The attacking team that has the ball will be allowed to send 1 extra player to create an overload.

Coaching Point:

Running to close the spaces down (has to be immediate)

quickly transition to attack the goal once the ball has been recover

Description:

In this exercise the team in red will be defend as soon as the ball is recovered by the red the 3 red by the small activate to score on the side goals or dribble beyond the line. 

Prog 2: add 1 defensive player and 1 attacking player in each zone
