The Game: The Quick Reaction Game.

The Rules: Both Teams play ‘keep ball’ using either GK. When the coach blows the "whistle once" the team in possession attacks goal 1, on "2 whistles" the team in possession attacks goal 2. If a team wins possession after the whistle blows the game goes back to keeping possession. Both teams keep playing until the coach calls full time or a set time.

Progression: If you regain possession after the whistle has blown you have 6 seconds to score in the opposite goal. i.e. If the blue team was trying score in goal 1 you attack goal 2. After the set time (6 seconds) or possession is lost the game restarts with the gk passing to the blue team.

Scoring: 1 goal if scored during normal play. 2 goals if scored within the 6 seconds of regaining the ball.

Outcomes: Teams have to decide to attack or defend quickly and reorganise this as quickly as possible.
