Activity 1 (40 mins)

1.Juggling: Bounce laces catch: start w ith 1

bounce, 1 juggle w ith the laces and catch.

Then move to 1 bounce 1 laces 1 laces (w hich

equals 2) and catch. Then Try bounce, laces,

bounce, laces, bounce laces, catch (3) and

continue to w ork up. Keep track of you score.

2.Ladder w ork- Player's choice: Choose 5

Activity 2 (45 mins)

Equipment: cones/markers, a ball

Turn Superset

Equipment: 1 ball, 2-4 cones/markers- Cones should be 7 yd apart

Directions: Players start in between the two start cones. Player dribbles to other end, turns and comes back to the start. Player must go to each cone. Complete the set 5x:
