Session Organisation - as shown. 3 balls.
How to Play - players dribble the ball half way across the circle then pass out.
Progressions -
1.Receiving player plays a 1-2 with player to his right.
2.Receiving player plays a 1-2 with player to his left.
3.Receiving player plays to his right, that player plays to the player on the receiver's left, who plays to the original receiver.
Tech/Tact Focus - pace and accuracy of the pass and lay-off.
Physical Focus - increase tempo of warm up.
Social Focus - combination plays.
Psychological Focus - mental preparation.

Session Organisation - as shown. The yellow players are full time midfield and only play in the direction they are facing.
How to Play - The objective is to play quickly through midfield into the strikers and the midfield players make forward runs to support. If the blues win the ball or the keeper makes a save they play into their midfield players and play resumes in the opposite direction.
Tech/Tact Focus -
Attackers - play at pace, limit touches.
Defenders - where is the danger? Block shots in central areas.
GK - play quickly into midfield.
Physical Focus - match pace at all times.
Social Focus - work as a unit.
Psychological Focus -
Attackers - be positive at all times.
Defenders - be brave. Body on the line to defend the goal.

Session Organisation - a channel has now been added and one of the MF players now plays as a holding player and tries to disrupt the opposite midfield in their build up play.
How to Play - the attacking team must now "visit" at least one of the channels before attempting a shot. Defenders cannot go into the channels.
Progressions - restricted touches. Defenders can go anywhere.
Tech/Tact Focus - decisions of the wide player, dribble and cross, drive infield, bounce off the striker etc.
Physical Focus - dynamic play and movements at all times.
Social Focus - unit & team work.
Psychological Focus - positivity. Decision making.

Session Organisation - using the centre circle, 16 players including GK with a ball each.
How to Play - all players dribbling the ball. Different tricks and turns, stretches in between.
Progressions - take 1 or 2 balls away to allow for some passing.
