Set up

  • 30 x 20 yard area with mini goals / sevens goals either side
  • Balls behind (green) coach
  • Players on red cones either side of coach
  • Goalkeepers in either goal

Instructions

  • On coach's instruction, (1) players sprint around cone 1, (2) sprint towards gate at the bottom of the grid, (3) coach releases ball into playing area, (4) player sprints through bottom gate, (5) player attempts to score goal
  • Keep score between teams
