Set Up:
Passing Pattern:

1 passes to 5, 5 to 2 (3), 2(3) to 9, 9 to 2(3) and then race though cones.
Progression: Make it a race between the two teams.
Progression2: Change the pattern for example 5-2-9-5-2.

Set Up:
3v1 (+2)
Organization:
3v1 in one half and 2 players in the other half. Players attempt to give possession of the ball but must always have 3 players in the half that they ball is in.

Set Up:
7v3 in 4 zones to 3 small goals.
Organization:
Players are lined up in the formation 1-3-2-1 formation against 3 defenders. To begin yellow players are restricted to there zone but white can move any where. The only exception is that anyone can be in the shaded wide areas and move anywhere up and down that channel. White can not go in the channel and goals can not be scored directly from the channel.
Progression: One player can enter a new zone when the ball is in that zone. For example #5 could move up, #10 could move up, #9 could drop in
