Players receive from target player and try to play forward into other target player
If defender wins ball can they play out to target to become attacker
Progressions
Move to 2vs2 / 3vs 3
Target player plays across both zones and must move across to support player on the ball
Players can not play backwards, or if playing back must play within 1/2 touches.

Add neutral player in middle to play with attacker
Add additional target player to play to
Adaptations
Receiving to run with ball - add end zone
Receiving to shoot - play into end zone to score in goal

GK plays into blues who try to play forward into middle zone with pass or dribble
Blues then attack in other half
If defending team win the ball. Can they attack in the direction they are playing, either to middle zone or to goal
