Explanation
Teams to play 8 v 8 SSG, Play to start with normal rules with some positional restrictions.
Play to start with RED GK, but will then start and re-start where play leaves field of play. EXCEPTIONS- NO CORNERS

Explanation
GK acts as server ( in centre circle ) MUST PLAY INTO RED IN CENTRAL ZONE, before play can transission into wide zones, RED 2 or 3 can enter central zone to create overload, if BLUE's are pressing high.
RED team will then attack the BLUE goal and try to create goal scoring opportunity's in the final third, using the #10 to link play.
BLUE team cannot enter the zone behind the 18yrd line
RED 2 & 3 CAN'T dribble into the zone behind 18yrd line and RESTRICTED TO 5 SECS IN POSSESSION.
Block 1
RED team look to exploit space and create overlaps in wide channels,or through the middle RED 9&11 to make runs in behind BLUE back 3
If RED 2 & 3 are able to get in behind, encourage them to look to deliver ball ( First time ) across the 6yrd line ( Corridor of uncertainty )
RED 9 & 11 to make runs attacking that space, rotation, 9 attacks near post, 11 to take position in and around penalty spot
Block 2
3rd man runner from deep
If RED 2 & 3 not an outlet #10 to play picture in front of him and look for movement from RED 9 & 11 in between BLUE defensive line, RED 9 & 11 to pin wide defenders, exploiting space for midfield runner from deep between lines,
Coach to manage positional play of Red 6,8,2&3 when this occurrs, are they reading play and taking up covering positions that runners have left to protect from counter attack.
