2. As player 2 is passing ball, Red defender pressures Player 1,
3. Players play 1v1 to goal.
4. One point if blue team scores (attack first) - 3 pts if Red team scores (defend first)
5. Switch after 2 min
Coaching Points:
1.Close defender down quickly.
2. Slow down as you get closer to attacker 2-3 steps away.
3. Bend knees and place body at an angle.
4. Make arm into "L" shape and put slight pressure on attackers back

1. Starts as previous activity.
2. 2nd players in blue team counts to 3 before he can join field
3. Once blue player joins field , Red player can join the game as well. Players play 2v2.
4. If Red defender wins the ball before 2nd blue player joins the game, that team receives 5 points.
5. Same scoring as previous game.
6. Swicth after 3 min
Coaching Points:
1.Close defender down quickly.

1. Players dribble to halfway line and make a pass to player in next line.
2. Once pass is made they pressures "attacker" using pressure from behind techniques
3. After pressure players go to back of next line.
4. Continue pattern
Part B:
1. Players pass to next line and pressure "attacker" from an angle using pressure from behind techniques
2. After pressure players go back to same their same line
3. Continue pattern
Coaching Points:
1.Close defender down quickly.
2. Slow down as you get closer to attacker 2-3 steps away.
