Equipment:
- 3 cones
- 2 players
- Player 1 sets up at first cone with no ball
- Player 2 sets up in front of cones with a ball
Activity:
- Player 1 goes to cone 1 and does a one-touch pass on ground with RT foot
- Player 1 then gets pass before cone 2 & one-touch around cone & pass back to Player 2
- Player 1 then goes to cone 3 and does a one-touch pass on ground with LT foot
- Player 1 then goes the opposite direction
- Repeat drill 10 times
Progression:
- Change the middle cone touch to a combination (ie. inside touch>stepover>L Drag, bells>sole roll, Outside U Crocheta etc.)

Equipment:
- Ladder & 2 cones
- Player 1 sets up at beginning of ladder with no ball
- Player 2 sets up on one side of ladder with ball (rotates sides after each round)
Activity:
- Player 1 goes through ladder performing a specific agility move once (ie. shuffling/skipping) and does a one-touch pass on ground with RT foot back to Player 2
- Player 1 then repeats the agility drill & pass continously throughout the ladder
- Once Player 1 reaches the end of the ladder they will accelerate to cone 2, cut back to cone 1 and accelerate through
- Player 2 will then switch sides and will perform the same drill with the LT foot
Progression:
- Change the one-touch pass to a laces volley, inside volley, 2-touch volley, thigh volley etc.
- Change the agility move to a two-step & broad jump, stepover, hop scotch etc.
- Change the acceleration without the ball to an acceleration with the ball (with a cut, or turn etc. at the cones)

Equipment:
- 5 cones
- 2 players
- Player 1 sets up at first cone with no ball
- Player 2 sets up in front of cones with a ball
Activity:
- Player 1 checks out and in & one-touch pass on ground with RT foot
- Player 1 then does agility movement through cones (ie. high knees, in & out, shuffling, etc.)
- Player 1 checks out and in & one-touch pass on ground with LT foot
- Repeat drill 10 times
Progression:
- Change the one-touch pass to a different skill (ie. laces, inside foot, thigh, chest, header etc.)
- Change the agility move through the cones
