4. Dribbling + Shooting (can use one goal instead of two)
Organization: All players responsible for their own ball.
1. Dribble as quick as you can around cones (standing players do ball mastery as they wait)
2. Players do 270 degrees turn with inside of foot
3. Players do 270 degrees turn with outside of foot
Coaching points: should be dribbling around cones and making sharp cuts with inside and outside of the foot. Accelerate after turning around the cone. Re-emphasize to teach proper shooting technique for power (big toe down, pinky toe up, come at an angle and not straight on, hit the ball with the sweet spot)

5v2 Warm-up (15 mins)
5v2 Warm-up:
Set-up: 10 x 10
connect 10 passes or complete two split passes the two defenders stay in the middle stay in again
ii. Game to 7 points. Offensive team gets one point if they split the two or if they connect 10 passes. Defensive team gets one point if they win it or if they dribble out they get two points.
Coaching Points: Passes are often not completed due to lazy supporting angles. If you see one of them not supporting the player with the ball then they go in the middle. There should be constant movement when playing this.
