Set Up:
1.) 30x35 yard field
2.) One goal on each endline (they can be pugg goals too)
3.) Two teams of six or two even teams. If you have an odd number of players, then have a neutral player.
4.) Directional play for both teams. Teams attack one goal and defend the other
Rules:
1.) When the attacking team has the ball, as a team they must occupy at least three quarters of the field (expand the field). The attacking team has 5-10 seconds to adjust or they lose possesion of the ball.
2.) The defending team must only occupy two quarters of the field (condence the field)
3.) Attacking team can score from anywhere on the field. If it gets too easy or too hard for a team to score, please try to make appropriate adjustments.
4.) This game can go to a predetermined score or time
