Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): Centercourt FC Week 3-Dribbling 2 v 1

Main Activity (15 mins)

Organization:

2 teams (Defenders-Attackers)

4 small gates on the corners of teh grid

Instructions:

-Defender pass the ball to the attacker and apply pressure by attempting to intercept pass.

-Attackers must attempt to play pass to target player inside each gate by attacking defender 2 v 1.

-If defender wins the ball by intercepting pass, they can play to their own target player on opposite side.

-Play for set time period before rotating players.
