Ajax Possession Rondo Version 1

each square is 2v2 plus the neutrals
Reds and Yellows stay in their grid
Team that starts with the ball aims to keep it as long as possible and scores points by going from end player to end player
Team that starts defending tries to press and win the ball back. Once they win the ball it is open play (nobody has to stay in their grid) and is 5v4 (neutral joins in)
defending team must make one pass to an outside player before being able to score in the mini goals to earn a point
