Organization:
- Setup 15x15 area with goal as shown
- Split up players into four groups
Exercise:
- (1) Orange working with orange. White working with white. Players near the goal have a ball each. Pass to opposite player, who receives ball and then shoots in the near side of the goal.
- (2) Same as above, except now players receive the ball and take a shot across the goal aiming for the furthest corner.

Organization:
- Setup 20x20 area with a goal at the end.
- 3 cones at the opposite end of the area. Split up groups evenly between the cones.
Exercise:
- Players take it in turns to dribble to the goal to take a shot. After they take a shot they transition from attacking to defending the next group. Create 2 grids depending on the numbers of players on the team.

Organization:
- Use half of field. Setup area as shown with channels on either side.
- 3 attackers vs 2 defenders plus goalie with 2 nuetrals in side channels.
Exercise:
- 3v2+2 to goal
- Orange attack main goal, white defending.
- Two nuetrals on the outside help team in possession.
Coaching Points:

- Variety of finishing (from crosses/through balls/etc)

-3 midfieldrs setting to run inside of 18 yeards.
Ball comes from the full back crossing from the flanks
