20 x 20 yard area; Knock out; Timed game players must knock all of their opponents balls out of the grid for a point, team with the quickest time to eliminate all opponents balls wins.
Variation
a)If a player can retrieve their ball back into the square before all their teammates balls are eliminated they are back in the game

Station #1 - 15 x 15 yard area - Coach plays ball into lone attacker and they play 1 v 2, attacker attempts to score on one of the two small goals. Once attacker gets over half way line they may play back to a second attacker and play 2 v 2. Defenders counter to large goal.
Progression
a) Play 2 v 2 from the start
b) Can play back to play 3 v 2
Station #2 - 3 v 3 - 15 x 15 yard areas with 5 yard end zones, players play passes from one end to the other on the ground and middle three players attempt to win the ball. If defenders win the ball they play to coach for a point. All players are restricted to their zones and may not leave those areas. Attacking players must take 2 touches minimum before passing and play at least two passes within their zone before passing the ball across to the other side for a point.
Progression
a) Players can play pass across after 1 pass in their zone
b) Defenders can enter end zones
Station #3 - 20 x 30 yard area; Line Soccer. 4 v 4 game, players score by dribbling ball across end line under control and stop it for a point
