All the activation and phase of play is performed within the goal with minimal equipment for simple transitions on either side.
Simple warm up to allow the keeper to get their eye in and to allow muscle memory to reintroduce its self to the technique of diving.

Start high and drop in for dive across goal and then up for near post save.
Service stays low
Bringing the movements into line into the goal. then looking at a moving ball dive and starting to develop the technique into a moving ball situation.
Focus on the pace of the serve to allow success for diving technique.

Developing the activation into more of a game realistic situation with the keeper now looking their distribution and then getting into line with the ball depending on the servers touch to optimise their ability to be able to save the strike.
