Possession: 3v1 or 4v1.
- 4 players in each square. The players number themselves from 1 to 4 and start passing the ball in their own square. The moment the coach calls a number that player goes to the square next to him (clockwise) and tries to win the ball (3v1) if the player wins the ball he can go back to his square and help his teammates to keep possession on a 4v1 (Kicking the ball out of the square wont let the defender come back and help his teammates on a 4v1 as his goal is to win possession of the ball)
Coaching Points:
-Fast transitions
-Provide support on both sides of the ball when trying to keep possession.
-Space awareness.
Rules or progressions that may apply:
-limit the player to 2 or 3 touches, depending on the level.
-If they attackers get 10 passes they get a point and the defender goes back
-add psychological pressure by adding a penalty for the last defender winning the ball (ex: toe taps)

Possession:
4 players in each square, team with the ball start passing to keep possession and every 3 passes the defending team can send a player to support the defender and try to win the ball back, when winning possession they have to pass it to their square and keep possession from the other team who will send one player every 3 passes again.

limit the players to 2 or 3 touches, depending on the level.
set goals on each end of the field and once the attacking team can bring the entire defending team to their own half they can score.
