Warm Up & Hip Mobility
Hip Mobility - 1.passes theball to 2. take a touch open out turn pass to 3. then back again, after each sequence of passes players will start with a lunge, then back on the passing then a squat etc.
Warm Up- Lunge, squat, single leg squat, linear lean, High skips, low skips, jogging and changing direction.
