Organisation:
In the playing area previously set up.
at two gates in each zone
In random areas of the zone
One player out the four must become a defender applying pressure NOT tackling.
Practice:
The attacking player must run from one side to the other.
They must run through one of the gates.
The defender must apply pressure backing off the attacker
Progression:
The player must get to the other side with out losing the ball to the defender.
The defender can tackle.
the time limit can be shortened.

Organisation:
In the area previously set up add two channels either side of the practice area
Add two goals the the area also
Practice:
The player must get in to the channel and run down towards the goal before scoring
The channel is a no tackling zone
Progression:
Players can be tackled in the channel.
Players must start from the begging of the channel and pass through all the channel before attempting to score

Organisation:
30 x 20 area
Balls keep at the side of the area
Area split into 3 zones
4 players per zone
2 at the top and 2 at the bottom
Practice:
Each player must run with the ball to the other side of the zone.
At the end of the zone they pass the ball over to the next player.
Mechanics:
Get the ball out of feet
Make contact with laces
Head up
Get into running stride
Move quickly
Running with the ball is performed when there is space for out players to push and move into.
Progression:
Make the space bigger
Give the players a time limit to reach the other side.
Limit the number of touches
Regression.
Make the area smaller.
Walk through slowly then progress
