Setup: 4 Mannequins in a diamond. Players near goalpost, on each mannequin and center circle as shown. Goalkeeper in.
Game: Passing Pattern is played both ways; one side going to goal (right in photo). Player on Cone A shows to receive pass from center circle; At same time, Player B stretches field (look like they want pass). Player A receives and player B shows to player A. A and B perform wall pass. B immediately sprints to threaten. A plays good weighted ball to B to finish.
C and D are doing exact same pattern, but finishing with a speed dribble to the end.
Follow pass or shot to the next line
Play some repetitions to the left to finish.
Coaching: Weight pass and direct pass so that player can finish and does not run away from goal. Time your runs. Passer/receiver on same page.

A receives wall passes, and plays through to C for shot.
As soon as C starts threaten run, start 2nd ball coming in opposite direction to the second goal. Alternate with good timing, so no one is standing too long.
Keep same rotation as first two patterns.
Coaching: Weight pass and direct pass so that player can finish and does not run away from goal. Time your runs. Passer/receiver on same page. All movement should be in sync to ball moving.

3v3v3 or 4v4v4. Team on defense stays in middle until they score. They may score on any goal. Other two teams attempt to keep possession and immediately press if they lose possession (to win ball back.)
defense point for every goal. offense point for every 7 uninterrupted passes.

Setup: Make bigger or smaller depending on group. 2v2 to 3v3 + 4 in middle of octagon. 4 neutrals outside of playing area on corners. Can play with larger goals and keepers. 3 to 4 mannequins in middle (but optionally play without)
Game: Neutrals cannot play to each other across dotted line, but they may play across to partner on same half. Team in possession (orange), may only go across and score off a pass from one of the neutrals across the line. (i.e. back pass and threaten for wall run or forward pass and run to get wall pass back). Try to score on pugs. If ball is won on attacking half may go to goal right away.
Support players have 2 touch.
Options: 1) Can get across line with dribble, combo, or using neutrals to threaten 2) Use 3 middle and work on stretch, threaten, and show movements on offense
Coaching: Defense should work to defend dotted line. Disallow forward pass and track vertical runs. Extreme pressure and cover. Press and score when available.
Offense should work on opposite movements or triangulation of movements. Show, threaten, stretch OR one show and one go. Off ball movements focus on double moves and blindside runs. Follow all shots.
