20x30 area.
R1 rolls first then passes into R2 within zone 1.
R2 uses any BTG move to create space to make pass to R3 from within zone1 - ie don't dribble thru next zone.
R3 must do a drag turn and shoot within 2 touches to score in opposite goal. B1 cannot enter zone 2. Goals may be adjusted to increase/decrease difficulty.
Rotation : follow pass, R3 get ball and joins R queue. B1 joins Bq, next B>defender.
*R3 must protect his space during move
*B1 plays 1st defender, pressure on touch, not too close, eyes on ball. Block shot.
*R3 movement laterally only - keep the length.
Play for 2 mins then swap teams over.

As previous but either R2 or R3 can receive, but must be BTG.
*one long, one short, on an angle, OR in line with movement across
*use depth to create space to do the BTG move
B1 can press either Red anywhere. A goal counts as 5 points.
If either Red passes backwards, B2 becomes active and its goes to 2v2, now a goal only counts as a single point.
When 2v2 if a Blue receives BTG in zone 1 they score a point.

Progress by allowing Blues to pass out to their next player when they win the ball.
Now the game resets with 2v1 in Blues favour and attacking the Reds end.

4v4 or 5v5 Target man game.
Each team nominate defender and target man.
Only 1v1 in scoring zone unless target man lays off to another player to make 2v1 - only 1 defender allowed in scoring zone. Players may roam free at other times.
Change roles after every goal.
Restarts are goal kicks when 1 other player is allowed in end zone.

Either small sided or 6v6/7v7, this can be a changeover game.
Same rules for scoring, but only reds goals count, blue goals between either cone gates, create a changeover.

B angles body L foot forward to the L side of oncoming pass. Ball is controlled with sole of R foot and whole body spins 180 degrees to R with ball still under R foot. As body movement ceases R foot then takes a small touch to set up pass.
B then passes in to C.
Rotation: A runs to take position on R of mannekin to take next pass from C, B joins A queue.
*on toes , R arms up as pass is made
*quickly move into line of ball
*after spin protect with L arm, make pass with r foot
Progress by using other foot
This can be done with a human mannekin - after being mannekin the player becomoes the receiver, and the passer becomes the new mannekin.
