6 V 4+ 2 GK'S. 2 teams compete and attempted to score in full size goals. Which ever team is defending must have all their players back before they are allowed to tackle. if a counter attack team wins possession of the ball they have 10 seconds before they score from the moment .
Coaching Points
- Force Players inside when pressing high up the field.
- Good mobility in attack.
- Be positive
Progressions
- All counter attacking players need to be in the opponents half before they score.
- Lower the amount of seconds if they have won the counter attack.

7 v 7 + GK'S. The counter attacking team must start from the GK and then they have a limited amount of passess/seconds to score in the opposition goal. if the defending team wins the ball then they will have 7 seconds to get the ball in the net.
Coaching Points
- Awareness to recongize opportunities for an effective counter attack. (Space in behind, defending line). etc
Progressions
- Remove pass limit to see if they play direct.
After 10-15 minutes go into a normall small side game but if we have a counter attack it is worth double.

Warm Up- Rondo's
Players will be put into groups of 4, you will have 3 players out side and then 1 player whoi s the defender in the middle. Players on the outside will have to keep the ball away from the defender, if the players on the outside loose the ball then they will be in the middle.
