Organization:

Instructions:
Players work in pairs and head towards opposite gates (shown above) before heading back in the opposite direction to go through the other gate
Players switch lines and next pair goes (make sure you are managing the time when they go to get good to work:rest ratios)
Coaching Points:
1. ENTRY into turn
2. EXECUTION of the turn
3. EXIT touch out of the turn (distance and direction)
Progressions:
Players do a combination of turns, for example, L-turn followed by U-turn

Attacker and defender looking to score in either goal

2 lines - Attackers and Defenders
Attackers have 2 colored pinnies (red in right side, blue in left side)
Instructions:
Attackers (with pinnies in shorts) look to score by getting in either gate.
Defenders score by pulling out pinnie from attacker, when running right (the have to pull out red, when running left they have to pull out blue).

2. Protection pinnie by using body
