Goal: Speed up defensive and offensive run

Exercise: A moves ball to either the right or the left side from the middle square to pass it to B in the side lane. B carries ball trough the square towards the goal, A runs around cones to defend the squares baseline.

Rotation: defensive/offensive role switch @ side where was played

Variations: 1 set up = 5/8 players

Extra information: position/distance depends @ level/age => make it realistic!
