Organization

• 8x8 yard box 
• Group of 3x2 working simultaneously

Details 

• Player in the middle plays to outside player and opens up to the outside cones to create a good passing angle 
• Player then receives on to open and switch to opposite server 

Focuses 

• Introduction of playing back to goalkeeper and expanding space to open inside channels 
• Shoulder checking / receiving on back foot 
• Good First touch to evade pressure 

11v7 playing into pugs

Organization 

• 75x75 yard field 
• 2 piles of balls on either side of field outside of touch line 
• Back 4 starting in a flat 4 outside of 18

• Defending wingers will start the sequence by playing into CM 
• Once Centre mid makes first pass to either CB or GK blue team is in a full press
• Attacking team is trying play through press and attack opposite goal 

• Expansion off back passes to Goalkeeper to open central space for MDF and create better passing angles for CBs 
• Players opening their bodies to allow them to play quicker and evade pressuring defenders 
• Forwards finding pockets of space to receive on opposite side of pressing team
