Rules and Conditions
Players play 4v4.
All players must stay inside their zones but can pass the ball to team mates in other zones.
Attackers can only score once they get in behind defenders into shaded area. Defenders can track back into shaded area where they can leave their area.
Rotate defending team as you wish. Recommendation: Rotate defending team every 4 minutes.
Attackers gets a point for every goal they score. Defender gets a point for every time they can; win the ball and dribble to attacker's start point; win the ball and pass to waiting player; clear ball out of playing area.
Progressions
1. Attackers can swap areas by leaving their own area but must swap with team mate to have 1 player in each area.
2. Attackers can go anywhere whilst defenders can only cross one line of cones into a new channel.

2. Tackle with front foot.
- To allow quick recovery into good defensive posture.
- To set up quick attacking transition by poking ball behind attacker.
- To allow for better balance (tackling with back foot brings feet closer together and narrows stance, thus minimizes stable posture).
