1 - 15 minutes for Warm Up with Ball Skills and Dynamic Stretches. Foucs on two hundred touch skill sequences between dynamic stretches.

2 - 25 minutes of Coordination, Speed and Fitness. Focus on Form and Body Position. Add in Hand Weights for sprints through mini hurdles.

3 - 4v2 passing stations - Defenders stay in grid. 15 minutes. 1st - Focus on tactical second touch of passing across your teammates body to the back foot and receiving player receive the pass across the body with the back foot whenever possible. If it breaks down too easily then go to 4v1 or 4v0.
2nd Focus - Split the two devenders with a pass (4v2) to "break the pressure".

4 - 4v2 in entire grid. 15 Minutes. Focus on free flow of movement and positional decision making and body position. Focus on keeping but modifying the diamond shape to maintain posession. Can players figure out when to switch positions on the fly to maintain control of the play?

5 - 4v4 + GK's - Focus on shape. When the ball goes out of bounds, the first team in their diamond shape gets the ball. Introduce Foward-Back-Through Passing Tactic.
