5 balls going at once, when 1st ball is at 3rd man then start next ball the last man in line i.e your ball player lofts ball 40 yards where gk comes and cliams gk then passes all 5 balls back to start and go again, great warm up drill for communcation and short passing and awareness,

player on post should get to 18 yard line as fast as he can and make the forwards think..

warm up, 3 mins free movement with balls then into big area 7v7 keep ball stopping every 90 secs for 30 sec stretching repeat 4 times, then split group in 1/2, 1/2 go to speed work 1/2 work in small grid 3v3 and after 10 passes they release ball to outside who strikes on goal,
